About Us

  Kurbside Kitchen is a gourmet food truck specialising in German frankfurters with gourmet toppings, Low and slow cooked meats, Cajun and sweet potato fries, super-food salads and many other mouth watering street food products.

We create delicious gourmet street food to cater for all occasions. We are looking to go on a journey together to create some of the best street food out there and have a lot of creative fun along the way. Will has over 15 years experience as a chef working all around the world, and Ed has years experience of eating great food!

Our main products are our amazing gourmet hot dogs, high quality mouth watering beef, pork, chorizo and tofu natural skin hot dogs encased for a perfect snap, accompanied with a delicious assortment of low and slow meats, pickles/relishes and super-foods! placed inside a Brioche sub baked daily by our artisan baker.
Our mission is to create great affordable street food with passion!! at a restaurant standard.
We source local fresh produce in season to accompany our dishes to the highest quality, we have big respect for our meat free friends out there and try where possible to cater for vegetarian/vegan and try to cater for any dietary restrictions we may encounter. 
We have two flat tops on board for separate cooking ensuring no cross contamination occurs, 
we also want to promote that we can cater for any style of food if needed just get in contact with us and we can have a chat and cater for your food type. 
Our Dogs are our stars but we shine in many other areas of food!

Will has over 15 years catering experience as a chef working all around the world and has tried his hand at most (if not all) cuisines, he has a massive passion for all of his food.

Edward Bisiker
Chef/Business Owner

Edward has been involved in various hospitality sectors over the years and has racked up a lot of experience across the board, he always has a friendly smile and loves to have a chat.
